Don’t miss this exciting opportunity for your business to participate in our annual Penn High School Job Fair! Prospective employers will get to connect with the 1500+ members of the junior & senior classes of Penn High School. You can share your opportunities for summer employment, internships, and/or full or part-time positions.
Cost: $150 per table

Event Info:
This event will take place at Penn High School, 56100 Bittersweet Rd, Mishawaka, in the main arena. Students will enter the job fair at the designated times and check in. They will then be able to walk around and meet our participants, apply for jobs, ask questions, etc. You are also welcome to have giveaways and hand out materials at your individual tables.
Check-in:
Parking is available in the main school parking lot. You will enter through door D to receive your nametag and table assignment. We highly encourage business associates to bring one vehicle as we have many participants so there will be a large number of cars arriving.Setup:
All participants will receive a 6 ft table, table cloth, and 2 chairs. Bottled water, and coffee will be available.
Attendees:Attendees must go to SafeVisitor Solutions prior to March 8, 2024 to be allowed in the school. (Person visiting Josiah Parker, reason for visit is Job Fair, and date of visit is March 14). This way we can have all name tags printed and ready for you upon arrival.
Please keep to the limit of 2 attendees per company. If the names listed on your registration change, please reach out to Jennifer Turnblom at jturnblom@phmef.org to update your information.
Schedule for the day:
Due to the large sizes of our junior and senior class we will have students split into 4 groups so they are not all in the event at the same time
7:00 a.m. : Door E opens for participants to setup
8:30-9:10 a.m. : Group 1 attends the job fair
9:20-9:50 a.m. : Group 2 attends the job fair
10:00- 10:40 a.m. : Group 3 attends the job fair
10:45-11:20 a.m. : Group 4 attends the job fair
11:20-11:45 a.m. : Clean up
